Things went much better today! Really focused on keeping my eyes forward and not dropping my gaze. Jonathan and Elyse really helped me through this one....Jonathan gave me pointers and Elyse would do thrusters in between my minutes to help me pace myself :) I need to continue to work on having that patience and bring the bar in and get to my jumping spot...everything beyond 135 was a PR and I was just riding the PR wave!!! Almost had 150 towards the end....the weight flew up and I caught it....just couldn't stand it up....I did my calf/ankle stretch before...I think that really helped! Next time I'm getting 150...time to join the club!
