performed Clean instead of snatch due to left rear shoulder pain. left knee inside & low is tender after walking lunges 2 days ago...burpess done slowly to not make it any worse. warm up AS/T2B/Push/Pull 8/8/16/5, 8/8/16b/5, 8/8/16b/5b front of shoulders stiff due to T2B in WOD 2 days ago.
