tried a few 35# barbell reps (was hoping for 55#) but after about 8 reps slight pain in lower rear left shoulder...back to DB push press. WL all 10/10, DBFP unbkn 1-4 rest were 12/3. T2B 1st 3rd unbkn 4-6 6/4 7-8 5/5 warm-up AS/T2B/Push/Pull 8/8/16/5 1&2, 8/8/16b/5b 3
