@ home : Switched T2B with 10 Ab-mat sit ups due to a bit of tightness in front right shoulder. Able to perform during warm up, this would be too many in one day. Just back to being able to due them again. Energy level was high, very little resting. Cramp during last 200m. warm up AS/T2B/Push/Pull 7/7/15/4 all unbroken.
