During the 18 rep round my legs would not move appropriately while I was trying to jump on the box (last time this happened I tripped over the box). Nick had me switch over to 20" box step overs. Feeling dehydrated. Eating IN N OUT at 1 AM after work wasn't a good idea. Neither was working out on 5 hours of sleep. Whoops!! :(
