Super nauseated today so the runs we're upsetting my stomach. Was tango-ing with pukie most of this WOD! So bummed about the lack of performance today!! First time doing a squat clean so I was working on technique vs speed and heavy weight. Have a bit of work to do on lifting overhead. Shoulders are weak. Used bands (2 reds).
