Nice! Felt awesome during this workout. Was able to just keep pushing even though I was out of breath and fatigued. Was a little nervous about my back but really focused on dropping my butt at the bottom of the deadlift and it felt amazing! Runs for the first 4 rounds felt really good. Burpee Pull Ups were a GRIND but got through them. tough WOD but pretty fun. Jeremy and Nick crushed me but it was cool being able to push along side them for once. rather than dying in a corner
