Did this with Liz's friend Vanessa and fellow Partner at Starbucks. She did great. Jogged and then first round was 8-5-7-5 thrusters and 5-5-5-5 burpees. Changed for following rounds, 15-5-5, 5-10-5. Took more reps and went faster. Jumped up on all burpees and did them fast. Felt winded, I guess it can be expected when you have the stomach flu and fever.
