Did chest to bar instead of BMU, need to pull lower so my shoulders don't block me. HSS unbroken. Box jumps round 1 unbroken but not very dynamic, 2: 12/12 and 3&4: 8/8/8. BWWU(after): 5 strict chest to bar w/ blue band, 10 push-ups, 7 t2b, 15 air squats.
