Notes

At CF Insurgent Did Level 2. RXd was 30" box jumps, 53# goblet squats. I'm trying to get consistent again, so I'm building up to hitting the workouts RXd. Rested at the top of the box jump, tried to break up goblet squats into manageable sets. Double unders were a breeze. Good group of people over at CF Insurgent.
