Giselle GamoEating clean AND sleep does the body good. Night shift takes a toll on the body, but was able to get enough rest these past couple of days. Felt good doing this wod. KBS unbroken. TTB broken up into 3s and 2s with very short breaks. Trying to take shorter breaks. Runs felt fine. Anxiously anticipating how I'll do on 14.5 tomorrow!
