This weight felt way heavier than 65#. Was trying to get sub 3 minutes, but took too many breaks towards the end. Really really need to start eating healthier again...definitely would've gotten better results.

  • PRed :) So dead tired even before coming in, but I had to do it. It was a lot easier lifting this much than 3 months. Broke it up 10-10-10. I'm happy with how I did :)

  • Woot my first time doing prescribed weight!!! Very happy because c & js are one of my weakest movements. Getting stronger. :) Last time, I did 75# and it felt heavy. This time I did 95# and it felt heavy but doable. Did all singles just so I can focus on form. I failed the very last rep a couple of times. Next time, I want to get around 4 minutes. Also ate super bad this weekend so felt kinda junky during the wod. Need to get back on the zone diet.
