Wow, I really had to dig deep on this workout. Grateful for those who have served our country and for those that were at first responders on this tragic day. This workout was nothing compared to the ultimate sacrifice. About round four I wanted to scale the reps down, but knew that I had it in me to keep it as prescribed.
