READ THIS!!!! Team of 2 This is :90 seconds of work with a :30 second rest/ transition period. So every 2 mins start a new station. Farmers carry 1 partner walks down and back platform while other partner rest then switch, do that for :90. Sled push same thing one partner pushes down and back while other rest then switch. Ski you alternate between sets of 15 or 10 cals for :90 same on back extensions but sets of 10 4 rounds of each movement
