Make sure your squat is warm and heart rate has been spiked before starting the workout. This workout is all about transition. With this many transitions in a workout if they become long overtime that will take up a lot of your 20 mins. Stay relaxed on double unders and push the parts that you like most. GOOD LUCK!!!!!
