Who is this for?
Anyone, but our primary requirement is heart. There is no amount of training, coaching, or programming that will compensate for a lack of passion and commitment from the athlete .Our system has the ability to develop you to your potential, but only if you are committed to it. Prioritizing training in order to realize maximum physical potential, and to expand mental strength, allowing an athlete to truly compete, is a worthy endeavor for anyone - including those who may never compete in The Games. The process of training for The Games will teach you about yourself.
Our System is broken up into 6 different phases: Phase I: Fundamentals, Phase II: Applied Fundamentals, Phase III: Open Prep and Open (5-6 Weeks), Phase IV: Regionals Prep, Phase V: Peak Prep, Phase VI: Taper and Games. Training to participate in the Games is a process. Programming must lead to developing high work capacity in all areas of the 10 General Physical Skills. Our program does just that.
A Commitment To Skills
The athlete must diligently work to improve their skills. A major focus of our System is skills and drills. The Athlete must commit to videoing and reviewing their movements. Skill development must be met with the same focus and intensity as WODs. Commitment to constantly practicing good movement is essential to success.

Attention To Detail
Our program is based on a rigid adherence to good technique. It is important to move exceptionally well. We train with volume and intensity, which means you HAVE to move great. Anyone who doesn't will get hurt.

The HyperFit program requires commitment as it takes you through the CrossFit off-season, all the way through the Open, Regionals, and the Games. Each program is designed with the entire year in mind. The only way for it to achieve its full effect is if the athlete is 100% committed. One of the primary reasons people fail in all areas of fitness is lack of follow-through.
