Train Like Me!
The Bailey Program launched in mid-September 2015, and it's been awesome so far! A week's worth of workouts will be released at a time. These will be the exact workouts I do. Because I travel a lot, I often work out alone. Now you can be my virtual training partner as you partake in workouts from my actual training schedule. I look at the leaderboards daily to see what everyone is up to. It helps motivate me. I do my best to interact with everyone as much as possible via leaderboard comments & emojis, weekly emails and Coaching program messages. I also try to keep everyone updated on how things are with me.
Something For Everyone
Users will have the option of selecting one of two programs: Competitors or GPP. The Competitors program will follow my exact training schedule. This includes metcons, strength work, and accessory items. I'll do them a week in advance, then tweak/perfect them for you the following week. The GPP program will give users a singular WOD from my personal session to be performed that day. GPP is ideal for those simply looking to improve all-around fitness and health goals. You won't need more than an hour per day.
You can also subscribe to 4 different accessory programs: Snatch Accessory, Muscle-up Accessory, Clang-n-Bang (body building), and APRE. Each runs between 4-8 weeks and focus on the strength aspect of the movement. For example, both the Snatch & Muscle-up accessory programs focus on strengthening the positions, rather than on technique. Clang-n-Bang is for those wanting to get swole, like Danny Broflex. The APRE program is a strength cycle that revolves around sets and percentages based on how you're ACTUALLY performing each day.

FB Group/FB Live
You'll also gain access to The Bailey Program private FB group. I want this to be a community people can rely on for support and look to for motivation, myself included! The group can be used for anything really, but especially for exchanging tips and advice on things like nutrition, workout strategies, mobility ideas, etc. I'll also be using the FB group to hold regular FB Live sessions. Let's go to know each other better! Fitness is a journey, and we're all in this together.

I spend a lot of time thinking about my programming. I've tweaked my regime every year to get the best output as possible. Anyone willing to put in the work and be consistent will be successful on my programs. The only requirements are a positive attitude and a humble spirit. To this very day, I am still humbled, regularly, in the gym by workouts. It will help to keep you grounded and hungry.
