Very happy with this....the goal was 4 rounds, which I wasn't sure if I would make but when we were at about 20+ minutes, I realized that I could get 5 if not a bit more...very excited! I originally thought it was just box jumps...didn't see the burpees so I definitely had on the wrong pants for burpees...time for a wardrobe update! Runs felt good and deadlifts were quick and unbroken...came in right from the run and tried to do a quick set of burpee box jumps but they were mainly slow and steady....the last two rounds I started sprinting them and did quick sets of 8/8/6/3 and then the last round I just kept going until Ethan yelled time...next time I will think about breaking the burpee box jumps into sets instead of thinking about doing 25...splits were 5:53/7:49/ 7:36/7:42/6:52...good WOD!
