9 Power Cleans, 105 lbs
15 Kettlebell Swings, 53 lbs
30 Double Unders
Resting 30 secs between each round.

Notes

My times add up to 11:01 but I looked at the clock when I finished my doubles and the time was 13:03....so I don't know where I lost 2 seconds on my split....this is my first time using a watch to keep track of my splits (thanks Jeremy!!!!)....took some getting used to but it's nice to be able to keep yourself on track..I went unbroken on the cleans for the first 3 rounds then went 5/4 and 6/3 lower back was already tired from yesterday so the kb swings were a bit slow....first round unbroken then I slipped on the 2nd rep of the 2nd round almost lost it over my head...continued up until 10 then finished the 5...did 10/5 then 8/7 and the last round was just a matter of survival I went 6/3/3/3.....doubles were a mess because the shorts were falling...I apologize to anyone who saw anything lol...afterward Susy showed me how to adjust the lulu shorts....didn't even know I could do that! Overall I'm happy with this....just gotta keep pushing hard! Headache went away but the jaw is still sore...hoping to be pain free soon!!
