pretty freaking sick, but i didn't want to miss. was planning on just doing 3 rounds, but i pushed myself to do 5. i hope i don't regret this decision tomorrow! power cleans unbroken. kbs 9-6 for last 3 rounds, doubles unbroken. forearms and back were on fire. this was light enough for me to keep a decent pace, but i feel like im gonna die.
