got thru the DU in about 2 mins. was able to string mult reps together until about 30 and then slow after that, DU are coming along. left calf sore from yesterday 5K. didn't slow me down during WOD, but sore after. warm up tabata 4 rds 20on+10off Pull -6/6b/4b/3b R.R. 6/7/5/5, T2B 5/5/5/5, AS 8/8/8/8
