15 Double Unders
15 Front Squats, 55 lbs
Resting 1 min between each round.

15 double unders, 55#, Ethan wanted me to go fast so i cut the doubles and weight. Times were 1:36, 2:23, 2:12, 2:09, 1:52. Broke up the FS in 5's, last round 8-7 didn't want to squat anymore lol. I am very surprised by my times, I felt like I was going super slow!!
