30 Double Unders
15 Front Squats, 75 lbs
Resting 1 min between each round.

Notes

legs fell off on the 3rd round. tried to keep it around 1 minute and I did pretty darn good! doubles were unbroken 2 rounds and then i'd miss at around 20 for the rest of the rounds. frount squats were "unbroken' meaning i never dropped the bar. I'd do 5 and then rest about 2 seconds, and keep at that pace the whole time. not so hot today so that was nice. knee was bothering me on 4th round. too many dang front squats!
