Yayy Buddy!!!!! Sorry if all these facebook posts are bothering you guys but i'm improving and I wanna share it!!! ;) unbroken run, 32 unbroken kettlebells (should've gone all the way but I didn't realize it was only 42 swings. FAIL!) and small set for pull-ups. Forearms and traps trashed!!!
