This sucked really bad! All muscle cleans, burpees killed me, but was getting over the bar faster so thats an improvement. Wanted to quit after the round of 8, but kept going. My goal was somewhere around 10 min, wasn't even close:( Oh well theres always next time. Good way to start the week:)
