Did this chipper with Garry & Tony at the PD, one of the WODs for tomorrow's Beach Cities Battle... Everything unbroken on the front half. Meant to check my time before going into the stairwell for the 40 wall balls but forgot... wall balls 10, then 5's. Tried to keep my rests as short as poss to not let the boys catch me :D Came back into the FFR at 5:39... back half: pull-ups 8/2, KBS 9/8/3 (couldn't hang on!), box jumps 11/9, deadlifts unbroken. Fun WOD but slight delirium after, lol (thought my time was 8:24, but I don't think that's poss with my post-WB time)
