really focused on bending a waist during HPC and it all went smoothly. pull ups were tough did them in sets of 2 for all rounds. warm up AS/T2B/Push/Pull 8/8/16/5, 8/8b/16/5b, 8/8b/16b/8b tried to focus on better rhythm for T2B. was all over the place
