Warm up felt good. Squats - 13, Knee Raises - 8/7/8, Push ups - 6 on the rings and feeling really good, and Pullups feel great on the blue/blue at 5/5/4. First barbell complex, and I couldn't ask for better numbers. Did 5# more than I thought I'd be able to. At 85#, I basically went - Why not go for 90? So I did and totally crushed my expectations. Split jerk position felt really solid. Once I began consciously thinking of getting the bar closer instead of just up, the cleans felt great. Super pumped about this!
