Haven't done this in almost 4 yrs. Thought for sure there was no way I was getting these numbers. Pretty excited. First round I wanted to test it out. Second round I didn't get on the presses fast enough. Pushed through the last round. 7 reps more this time. 10-20-15-30-10 were my goals.
