Notes

db floor press for push jerk. all unbroken, tried 45# but I wouldn't have been able to get 10 unbk. runs were all solid and fast and all using pose form. rd3 heel was hitting for about 50m but corrected. T2B were unbkn 1-3 5/2 on 4th & 5th. need to get better rhythm with multiple reps of T2B. very slow which makes later rds more difficult with grip. warm-up AS/T2B/Push/Pull 8/8/16/5, 8/8/16/5b, 8/8/16b/5b
