Haven't done this in forever.... "started back up" for only 2 weeks, 4 months ago, and there was a 4 month break prior to that. Really, really need to get back (and stay on) the extra lifting... Dropped back to my starting point and felt good. The recent focus on staying more upright in my air squats made a difference here, too.
