Stomach was a mess again today (stupid cheese), made everything harder. 400m runs were very inconsistent (1:52, 1:58, 2:08, 2:24, 2:22). Push jerks unbroken all 5 rounds, focused on picking up the bar within 2-3 seconds, and no lazy elbows. T2B 4/3 for all but 2nd round, 5/2.
