Made it to 155!!! Last time I stopped at 150...I missed my first set at 155...I came forward....wore my belt...my arms got wobbly on that last rep at 155 and tweaked my arm a bit...hopefully it feels good in the morning...so far it feels ok and it didn't effect my shoulder press...stretched it out afterwards...so we'll see how things go in the morning! 12 pullups in the warm up today :) I'm on my way to 15 and hopefully a muscle up!
