Haven't done this workout before. Weight was easy and moving really well. Only downfall is I found out tonight just how weak my wrists are!!! I would do the third rep and have to drop. Need to strengthen those up and then I can definitely bump up the weight! Happy for the first experience. Psyched to do this!!!!
