Notes

Shoulders were already spent from the shoulder press EMOM... haven't done a 3-rep OHS EMOM before, only 2 reps. Started 5# lighter... 2 rounds at 75#, 2 rounds at 80#, 1 round at 82.5#, and 1 round at 85#. No missed reps, just had to pause at the top to re-stabilize for the 3rd rep on the last round. Felt good overall :)
