Did this for running class....kept a steady pace where I could talk...really focused on pulling and trying to keep my knees in front and not let my feet trail behind me. I was good for about 7-8 minutes and then it became a mental battle...I liked this...since the pace was slower, I was able to really focus on form and cue myself....we ran the 800m trail as a loop.
