Burpees got tiring very fast! hps were unbroken but my shoulders were just tired...my first run was quick and then I went into survival mode! Gotta keep working on my endurance....looks like I'm going to have to get back on rowing...I don't know why I stopped! Running class and rowing....time to tackle my weaknesses!!!
