Booo... I wanted sub-15. Not sure why it's always so hard for me to get back in it when I take an extra rest day (missed Weds due to early BOW/OT)... Did this at the PD... Du's unbroken 1st round only, then 17/8/5, 13/10/7, 17/6/7, 10/10/10... OHS unbroken, 6/4, unbroken, 6/4, 6/4... pull-ups 5/5, then 4/3/3 or 3/3/2/2... splits 2:03, 5:03, 8:51, 12:50 (2:03, 3:00, 3:48, 3:59, 3:46)... too much resting bet movements
