Started at 60#, which was my ending weight from July 18. PR'ed by 10, so I'm really excited about that. Squats felt great, form felt great. Overall really pleased with everything. Warmup - blue/blue is getting easier, still doing a pause. Focused on squat form and staying still in my knee raises. Pushups were definitely stronger, so I moved myself lower on the rings.
