:( Paused way too much. You think by now my body would get used to the stimulous of crossfit. :( Oh well. On the flip side my body wasn't fatigued at all and my grip is improving significantly. Almost 5-5 in all 5 rounds. slipped off bar for the last rep of the workout. Feeling good tho. Double unders were amazing!!! Plus ffirst day of chocolate recovery for three fuel so I'll see how I like that. Teaching tonight at the church. Thank God for all the oppurtunities you give me. :) Even strung together all six toes to bar in the warm up and got 5 pull ups for two rounds and 4 for the third. Challenge for next workout: Everytime you feel like bending over and stopping remember what Val kept yelling, "DIG DEEP. YOU ARE STRONG ENOUGH!!!!" Thanks so much Val, you rock!!!!!
