Notes

First time in the gym in a week. Boys were all sick and I had it early this week. Still congested, but I rested a bit between movements to catch my breath. Doubles decent, mostly unbroken, a couple rounds required two sets; ohs were unbroken but ugly, my core wasn't helping me much today; pull- ups in 5's, trying to build my sets slowly. Feels great to get back in.
