Beyond excited right now!!! I thought my last 1 rep max of high bar was 290 but it was only 275!!! So instead of a 10# PR, today I got a 25# PR!!!! OMG!!!! I can't even believe it!!! I tried to jump to 315 after this but it was too big of a jump....should have attempted 305 instead.....super excited though! Oh and yes there was video....Thanks Jeremy!!! I'm seriously at a loss for words right now...last time we maxed out I weighed 175....now I'm between 159 and 161.....soooo drop 15lbs and gain 25lbs on your high bar back squat??? I'll take that all day!!! Lighter and stronger!!!
