All strict HSPUs. Did the L pull-ups a little faster than I normally would so my core wouldn't burn out but otherwise kept strict form and made sure to hold the the L position before beginning the pull so as to not get any extra momentum out of bringing my legs up. HSPUs felt great doing each round in no more than three sets. L pull-ups are what made this horrible...
