Did strict hspu in between....I did 5 for most sets....one set I got 6 strict hspu.....very tiring....I totally underestimated the effects of rowing. Hap kept yelling at me to keep my pace under 2:00.....it was very tough! Trying to get my endurance up....I was hanging on until about 300m and then I just felt my motor start to die! Glad I did this....I need to work on this! Building up that endurance and working on bodyweight stuff
