Tuesdays strict pull-up with 2-second hold at the top, red band (can't seem to get past 2-3 strict, so Jake had me start this)... Push-ups felt stronger today, was surprised I got 9 unbroken for all 3 rounds... Air squats are still slow and tough, focusing on keeping my chest up and arms locked out straight above
