Did this one 2 weeks ago and did 4 rounds @ 100# + 2 rounds @ 105#, but I know I didn't keep my elbows up, esp with the larger class and Jake not watching. LOL :) Just me and eagle-eye Jake today. I knew my numbers would be lower to really focus on not dropping my elbows, but still did better than I thought. 90# x 1 rd, 95# x 2 rounds, 100# x 2 rounds, 105# for last round (only got 1 rep)... ALL reps with high elbows :)
