Notes

This was brutal. But a lot of fun. Partnered WOD. Kristin and I broke it up 5x each for every movement - cleans, burpees, and obviously the air squats. 65# for the cleans felt great, and managed 2 rounds unbroken. last round was 2/3. Burpees and the plate hold were more difficult, but we managed. Squats went well. This was my first time off the rower, and I definitely am quite pleased that my knee handled the three runs. Focused on the flat-foot running technique, which helped (imagine that). Finished at 3 total and 10 cleans. Definitely brutal, but so, so pleased with the numbers and the runs.
