This one kicked my butt! Nick told me that he's taking my water away and I'm only allowed one sip throughout a short wod! what?! apparently (I did not notice this) i take a drink of water after every movement. if that's not adding to my time idk what is! haha definitely going to work on transitions now that this was brought to my attention!! Thanks Nick! I'm sure hydrating even more the day before and going into fall will also help me get through these wods without my many water sips! Almost met pukie on third run at end of 100m too
