Wow!!! Huge PR!!! This was my first WOD ever where I muscle cleaned all the way through! I don't do muscle cleans so Nick showed me how to do it and told me to muscle clean until I couldn't and then power clean afterwards....but I was able to muscle clean the whole way through! They went so fast and I was surprised I was able to go unbroken since last time I had to break up a round...thanks Nick!!! Went fast on the burpees, which tired me out for the doubles but I was able to get through those in big sets...got tripped up a bit on the first round but they were good after that....very happy with this! I had to get Sub 6:00 or Perry was going to disown me....talk about aggressive encouragement!!!
