First time doing this workout, no previous but now I have a time to beat for the next time. Double unders only killed me too much on round two, but was able to get large sets (30 first, 20 third) and then sets of either five or ten. Legs were burning on those burpees, legged almost from the start. Need to improve on BURPEES!!! Last round of pwr cleans broken up weird and too much. Getting better!!! 50 DOUBLE UNDERS!!!! WHA?!?!?!!?
